Daily luxuries are the heartbeat of intentional living—but weekly and monthly luxuries? They’re the high-maintenance love letters you write to yourself. These are the moments that require a little more planning, a little more indulgence, and a whole lot more reverence.
This time, I invite you to explore something more elevated—something that feels like a ceremony. A luxury that asks you to pause, prioritize, and pour into yourself with devotion.
Weekly Luxuries
These are your rhythm resets—rituals that keep your spirit aligned and your energy magnetic.
Examples include, but are never limited to:
- Dance classes or movement sessions that awaken your body
- Self-care Sundays with candles, oils, jazz & blues or silence
- Spa treatments, facials, or massages that feel like awakening
- Dining out solo or with someone you love—dressed like your fine self

Monthly Luxuries
These are your soul upgrades—experiences that stretch your imagination and affirm your worth.
Examples include:
- A dressed-up dinner where you embody your editorial aura
- A mini staycation in your city, curated with intention
- A weekend road trip to shift your scenery and your mindset
- A wardrobe refresh—organizing your closet or adding pieces that match your next chapter
- Outdoor adventures: rock climbing, hiking, amusement parks, or simply chasing the sun
- Creative immersion: vision boards, scripting rituals, or a full digital detox—no screens, just soul

The idea of this is not only to boost your confidence but to show yourself, love. When you give yourself this level of care, you raise your standards. You stop settling. You become the source. Self-love is the highest love- and also biochemical. Implementing this into your life will boost the natural chemicals in your body and brain that will improve your health and well-being. These are called serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin.
Serotonin- regulates mood sleep and appetite; exercise, sun exposure, mindfulness.
Endorphins- reduce stress and promote your well-being a natural pain killer; dancing, exercise, and laughing.
Dopamine – pleasure and reward; setting small goals, hobbies, and engaging in activities.
Oxytocin- Social bonding and trust; spend time with loved ones or furry friends.

So go ahead—plan the luxury. Make it high-maintenance. Make it sacred. You deserve rituals that reflect your upgraded identity and remind you: you are already her.
Closing questions to keep us engaged and chat about in the comments:

Now that we’ve talked so much about pouring into ourselves, we may as well top it off with solo date ideas in the next post. Before we dive into the more personal, deeper things we might feel a little shy to share, let’s start here. Solo dates are fun—not scary. They’re a celebration of your own energy, your own company, and your own magic.
